tires

I have a 05 tacoma with 275/55 R18 michellins, I think they are about 29". I need to replace them and wanted to get some BF all terrains or something similar (Nitto, etc). I would like to add a little more tire size but not change the current performance too much, I am thinking a 31" tire or so. How much would it cost to install, balance, align and level (if needed) for something like that. Any suggestion on tires would be appreciated. Thanks
